The Hon’ble Governor of the State of Kerala is the Chancellor of the University.The Hon’ble Minister for Education is the Pro-Chancellor. The Vice-Chancellor is the administrative and academic head of the University. The executive control of the University is exercised by the Syndicate, of which the Vice Chancellor is the Chairman. Vice Chancellor is assisted by three other Statutory Officers – The Pro-Vice Chancellor, The Registrar and the Finance Officer. The principal academic body of the University consists of prominent academicians.
