About Campus
Sree Sankaracharya University of Sanskrit Regional Campus, Koyilandy, is one among the four Campuses embodied in the first statute of the University. The Campus situated in a populous rural area named Nambrathukara of the Keezhariyur Grama Panchayath at Koyilandy Taluk in Kozhikode District, is the central source of student’s intake for the University Campus in the rural area. This Campus came into existence in 1994. At present this campus offers the following six P.G programmes: M.A. in Sanskrit General, Sanskrit Sahitya, Sanskrit Vedanta, Hindi, Malayalam and Urdu; UG programmes in Sanskrit General, Sanskrit Sahitya, Sanskrit Vedanta; M.Phil,Ph.D programme in Urdu. The Campus today possess its own identity as the only Campus that offers P.G course and research in Urdu in the whole state of Kerala.
