In accordance with the University Grants Commission (Redressal of Grievances of Students) Regulations, 2023, Sree Sankaracharya University of Sanskrit (SSUS) has established a comprehensive Grievance Redressal Mechanism. This mechanism is designed to effectively address and resolve the concerns and issues faced by students—whether they are currently enrolled or seeking admission.Upon receiving a complaint, the university will refer it to the Students’ Grievance Redressal Committee. The committee will schedule a hearing, allowing the student to present their case in person or through a representative. If unresolved, the grievance may be escalated to the Ombudsperson, who will issue a formal order after hearing all parties. False or frivolous complaints may result in action against the complainant.
